Return Policy
Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Perishable items such as groceries, food items, or consumables may not be eligible for return unless damaged or wrongly delivered.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable).
The refund process may take 5–7 working days to complete.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used grocery items
Products damaged due to customer handling
Items returned after the allowed return period
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
